Over the past months, I’ve been quietly developing a new body of work from my Underwater series:

The Mermaid Collection.

12 paintings.

Today, I’m sharing a preview of 5 of them to show the direction this collection is taking.

The series explores a different kind of presence — strength without aggression, beauty beneath the surface, the quiet confidence that doesn’t need to prove itself. Faces emerging from water. Suspended between depth and light, playing with nature

I’m announcing this early so those who follow my work — and those who have placed it in their spaces before — can see what is coming and position themselves accordingly.

Introducing the first piece of *Mermaid* — a new collection of 12 paintings exploring the threshold between worlds. Between breath and surrender. Between who we are on the surface, and everything we carry beneath it.

In this work, two betta fish trace her face like a secret. The water doesn't distort her — it reveals her.

Today was special.

I delivered a painting to Johanna for her birthday. She had no idea. It was a surprise from someone who cares about her deeply.

She has been following my work for a long time, and seeing her reaction in that moment meant a lot to me. When art truly touches someone, you feel it instantly.

Born in the picturesque city of Düsseldorf, Germany, I had the privilege of spending four enriching years in Palo Alto, California, at the heart of Silicon Valley. My educational journey culminated in an MBA from Schiller University in Heidelberg, a period that ignited my passion for international business.

Professionally, I have been fortunate to work in dynamic global cities such as Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Sao Paulo, and Mumbai. Currently, I am engaged in international sales at Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH  and I am also Ambassador for the Swiss Chamber of Commerce of The Netherlands where I focus on connecting people and sound businesses across borders. 

My expertise lies in international sales, marketing, and business development, with a keen interest in innovation and creativity. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends is a priority for me.
Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about photography, art, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends. I find solace in writing and immersing myself in nature, whether it be mountainous landscapes, snowy retreats, or the serene coastline.
