Fix: Repeat outcomes, not tasks.

2. Everyone is “busy,” but progress is slow.
Fix: Identify the three outcomes that matter this week.

3. You’re getting pulled into every decision.
Fix: Clarify decision-rights and ownership.

4. Priorities keep shifting.
Fix: Establish weekly priorities that don’t change unless absolutely necessary.

5. People stop offering ideas.
Fix: Create psychological safety by celebrating small wins and inviting input.
