That's where I step in.

I’m Susannah, an empathic warrior ⚔ woman 👩 who broke free from proverbial boxes in which society tried to place me – it's my mission to help others do the same. My passion lies in guiding individuals and organizations to “Move Beyond Boxes and Shine” like the stars we are… embrace their authentic selves and find their space of Belonging.

I've walked that path, and now help others see they are more than the roles or limitations placed on them.

The Inner Path

One on one therapy using deep listening, inquiry, psychotherapy, NLP, and Clinical Hypnotherapy skills to enable the client to develop awareness of their patterns of functioning, to develop mindfulness, to experience what they really want at a deep level and to know their true self.
I also run regular meditation groups playing Crystal Singing Bowls to support.

I was a Playcentre Supervisor at Hornby Playcentre and at Weedons Playcentre at different times. I ran parenting courses and workshops. I tutored parents doing the Playcentre training. I was a Liaison Officer, supporting other centres and the team leader of the Liaison Officers. I was on the Committee of Management for a few years.

How do you function as a human?

How does your mind work? 

I'm curious. 

I can support you to let go of old stuck patterns (those ones that got set up when you were young and immature, that no longer serve)  In letting go of addictive behaviours and trauma responses people can become free to live their life how they want to. I can help you get to the unconscious patterns that are running.

I have written an E-book called The Unacknowledged Trauma which is available on my website. It's free. It outlines the pre-birth, birth, early years situations that could have created trauma responses or strategies in you, that are stuck there even though they no longer serve you. I can help you get to the unconscious patterns that are running. 

My background:
From a Social science degree, to social work, to parenting, to early childhood training and practice, to further study, to tutoring early childhood students, to working for 30 years with children with extra learning needs, to  teaching English to International students, to training in The Journey, to training and practicing in the Leela School of Awakening.
All of this has been an ever widening appreciation of how we function, the factors that influence our development and how we can change the patterns. 

The Leela School of Awakening was started by Eli Jaxon-Bear, a spiritual teacher. He and his wife, Gangaji (also a spiritual teacher) found their final teacher in H.W. Poonja, known as Papaji. Papaji's teacher was Sri Ramana Marharshi, an India sage, who sat in caves on the holy mountain, Mt Arunachala, for many years. I have sat in these caves and realised wisdom. I have climbed to the top of the mountain and learned many lessons there. I named my practice after the walking track around the mountain, walked by Ramana, The Inner Path.
