•	Created a team of young professionals to support several areas of the main product of Border Security Product (Requirements Engineering, PMO, Scheduling, Configuration Management and Product Safety)
•	Initiating and coordinating the creation of a Standard contract/ SOW for supplier/subcontractors in DOORS (enabling collaborative work and customizable for each domain, with auto generation of documents), to be used in large bids and reduce time and effort, from 2-3 months to 1-2 weeks;

As it is almost weekend, I would like to remind you an old joke, with a small change, updated to our times:

Few days ago, an entrepreneur going out for a late lunch, noticed a new store next to his office space. The add in the window made him curious:” Software Development monkey for sale”.
Entering into the store, the owner greats him and asks what he’s looking for. As the potential customer was not quite sure what to ask, he started to say the advertised jobs are just a small example of the best-selling monkeys. However, they have for sale monkeys for any position: UI/UX designers, business and data analysts, manual and automated testing, developers for almost any language, cybersecurity experts, devops engineers, data scientists, PMs, Scrum masters, you name it…

The entrepreneur asks how he could trust about the capabilities of the monkeys.

The owner said that all monkeys have been tested according the best practices in the industry, and bellow each monkey he can see all the capabilities one monkey has, tests the monkeys were evaluated for and the test results. Moreover, he can interview them himself before purchase.

Verry impressed, the entrepreneur notices a monkey at a price of one million, with no title and no description of capabilities and asks what that monkey can do for this amount.

The owner responded: Sir, we have not seen it doing anything, but all the other monkeys are referring to it as AI Expert…

O postare despre reclame si ”Inteligența” Artificială:
Citind știrile de dimineață, am dat peste următoarea reclamă. 

Reclamă (probabil AI) -”Boxeri albi din 3 piese pentru bărbați”.

Deoarece nu-mi terminasem prima cafea, gândul m-a dus la ”Inteligența” Artificială, și am încercat să ghicesc despre ce-i vorba.

1. din exprimare, pare diferit de un set de 3 boxeri, ci despre boxeri din 3 piese
2. am făcut imediat analogia cu costumele de baie din două piese pentru femei (nu costume de baie pentru femei din 2 bucăți - dar ăsta e alt aspect), care de obicei se poartă împreuna, fiecare piesă având un alt scop (sau arie de acoperire, cum se spune în română, în managementul proiectelor, la englezescul ”scope”.

Concluzia: o fi inventat AI-ul boxeri cu trei straturi:
- unul în contact cu pielea... și reziduurile corporale inevitabile.
- unul exterior, în contact cu îmbrăcămintea exterioară (în general pantaloni).
- unul intermediar, care separă cele 2 medii, pentru a oferi o separare a celor 2 medii, și confort sporit utilizatorilor și celor cu care interacționează.

Să mai zică cineva că AI-ul nu este creativ 😁 

Totuși, din reclamă nu am înțeles dacă cele 3 piese sunt identice sau sunt marcate cu interior, exterior și intermediar 😇 

Later edit: probabil că inspirația a fost din cybersecurity sau software architecture, cu a lor ”layered appoach”, care este un mijloc excelent de protecție.

No, o zi frumoasă și celor ce nu au (încă) boxeri în 3 piese.
