As far as I remember, I have always been a creative person.  

In my childhood, I was fascinated with colors. I spent most of my time painting, sketching, and experimenting with ideas. 

In college, I wrote poetry, random thoughts in my diary, and script for drama. 

So, in 2014, when I graduated from Business School, I knew that I wanted something more than just a job. It had to be interesting, exciting and should give more to learn and grow.  

I started my career in management research and worked as a research associate at ICFAI university for 2 years. 

I Developed 27 Business Case studies on Marketing & Strategy, published in ICFAI Journal & The Case Centre, London. I also won the Oikos International Case Study competition in Switzerland, in 2015 and was mentioned in The Hindu. 

Some of the case studies authored by me are now taught in leading B Schools around the globe. 

I started my journey in digital marketing when I got an offer from Prowess Publishing, a book publishing company in Hyderabad, to build their online brand. 

For the next 3 years, I led the marketing team at Prowess to build a brand that appealed to their customers, creating social media presence and generated leads from paid online marketing campaigns. 

Prowess went from publishing 20 books a month to 1000+ books a month within 2 years. 

I moved on with rich experience and worked with numerous companies in Organic Farming, Fashion, EdTech, Real Estate, IT Services, and Cybersecurity and replicated the same success.  

I worked as a digital marketing consultant for small and medium companies to help them build their brand, create social media presence, and connect with potential customers with paid advertising.

During COVID, I lost all my clients and I was out of work for 8 months. I used the time to work my personal brand and creating a Digital Marketing Course for beginners. In the next 3 years I taught 5000+ folks via online sessions. 

By 2022, I was lucky enough to have enough folks working with me and clients believing in me to start a marketing agency. Currently I lead a team of young enthusiastic marketers empowering brands dominate their digital presence.

- Facilitating collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to develop competency-based content and training in literacy, numeracy, and school leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The training is targeted for 11,000+ school principals and 500+ school superintendents.
- Demonstrating expertise in program design, project planning, document drafting, monitoring, and fostering strong partnerships with ministries, agencies, and consultants to ensure effective implementation of training programs for over 1,400 school supervisors in 23 provinces.
- Leading content curation and knowledge management by collecting and showcasing educational best practices, resulting in over 120 articles with 50,000+ views, enhancing visibility and dissemination of successful teaching strategies.

• Designed UTBK (university admission test) Live Class preparation program for G12 students using an online K12 learning platform. The Live Class program had been impacting 50,000+ Indonesian students with a 70% university acceptance rate for the paid premium users.
• Collaborated with 70 academic team members to set the curriculum and syllabus, teaching standards, guidelines for regular teacher review & feedback. Created operations plans for teacher allocation and monitored the program implementation.
• Communicated with the stakeholders involved (students, parents, and teachers). Actively discussed with the product management team for features development and release based on user needs.
• Led the data team, evaluated students’ academic performance, and initiated strategic actions to improve their academic results. Students enrolled in the Live Class program scored 30% higher than all students in Pahamify.

Academic Content Lead

Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar (Indonesia Teaching Movement)

Managed Teacher Training Program on the Improvement of Literacy and Numeracy Teaching Skills, funded by Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This project has impacted 1,447 teachers and principals in 107 elementary schools in 4 regencies in Indonesia (Bengkalis, Paser, Rote Ndao, and Kepulauan Tanimbar).
• Planned the program along with the budget planning and disbursement, recruited and managed online and local facilitators and field coordinators.
• Did the initial needs assessment, collaborated and maintained relationships with the local government, oversaw the monitoring and evaluation process, and delivered progress reports to the Ministry. Based on the evaluation report, there was a 32% and 21% increase in learning (knowledge level) for teachers and principals, consecutively.

Smart Course | Courses, Coaching & Collaborative Platform for Caregivers of Kids with Special Needs

• Maintained the progress of activities and project timeline for online ADHD Virtual Summit, a 5-day virtual conference attended by over 1,000 parents and other caregivers of kids with ADHD, led by 40+ experts in the field.
• Recruited and trained new 15 team members and acted as a scrum master for research and content production team.
• Successfully acquired 8 out of 20 pitched potential speakers and affiliates for the project. 
• Assisted in preparing the draft of financial statements for tax return purposes.
