Following the success in my previous L’Oreal leadership role, I was promoted into this senior management position that included retaining all my prior National Education Manager responsibilities with addition of planning/executing strategy to formalize the training and certification programs for Field Educators representing dermatological beauty brands (La Roche-Posay/CeraVe/Vichy).

•	Created and launched the new Dermatological Educator Certification with a 4-level certification process to ensure a “best in class” educational experience provided by Field Educators. Developed accompanying award ceremony to motivate and reward team members to pursue/obtain these certifications.
•	Based on success of the Dermatological Educator Certification program, was chosen by Retail Division Senior VP of Sales & Education to create/launch a Retail Division Academy as mandatory training to assist Retail Team in improving their abilities to execute L’Oreal plans and drive sales growth through national retail partners.
•	Appointed as Master Trainer to create engaging content for major retail initiatives that defined L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty as leader in the skincare industry and supported sales teams as brand experts to drive revenue growth through retail channels. Serve as Presentation Expert to support national retailers in developing their in-house beauty trainers.
•	Travel throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and Caribbean as an invited speaker to inspire audiences (dermatologists, health care providers, distributors, and L’Oreal salesforce), producing up to 40% sales growth within 12 months. Additionally served as Caribbean collaborator for Spanish speaking training and English first training for Trinidad.

Senior Manager – Internal Training Development

I was promoted into this newly created role to develop a team of 8 Field Educators and provide leadership direction focused on optimizing their presentation skills, increasing their skincare knowledge expertise, and providing comprehensive training on each of L’Oreal USA’s leading dermatological beauty brands (La Roche-Posay/CeraVe/Vichy).

•	Spearheaded development and launch of multiple workshops (The Art of Engagement, Simplify to Amplify, Story-Selling, All about You) to optimize “experiential training,” teach audience engagement techniques, presentation skills, and consistency of in-person training experience. Orchestrated efforts that expanded field education reach by 800%.
•	Directed another high-profile internal training project that included developing comprehensive training programs and strategy for E-Commerce Support Agents in the LeCare Customer Care Center and other 3rd party call center agents that provided chat services on brand websites to assist customers with product selection. Training programs increased customer service scores above corporate averages and increased average order volume by over 55%.
•	Success with the above internal training project resulted in company-wide adoption across multiple L’Oreal brands as a “best in class” template for serving the education needs and contributed to increasing the size of call center teams.
•	Awarded 2021 L’Oreal USA Transformation Award for impact from LeCare training strategy and related success.

National Education Manager – Internal Training Development

I was hired shortly after resignation of the Assistant VP of Education and was the only Education Department employee responsible for training for the entire US, requiring ability to influence and lead change management efforts to optimize training impact for La Roche-Posay and Vichy brands.

•	Developed and implemented brand training using an inspirational/experiential focus for retailer Beauty Consultant training with programs including Get Real - Relationship Selling, A Beautiful Awakening (understanding the power of beauty and building front to back sales in a drugstore chain), and More Than a Feeling (understanding powerful customer connection and selling an experience).
•	Leveraged previous Walgreen’s relationships that overcame challenges from Walgreens not allowing  reps from any company to provide in-store training, resulting in successful in-person training with 4,000+ Beauty Consultants 4 times per year.
•	Won multiple awards for leadership impact including 2020 Calmer of Storms Award, 2018 Trendsetters Award, 2018 Team Impact Award, and 2017 L’Oreal USA Spotlight Award.

I conceptualized and launched this beauty industry training consulting business providing “turnkey” training expertise to brands and retailers looking for experiential training. •	Created generic beauty category training for Walgreens delivered to 27,000 Beauty Advisors in the US through web-based learning programs or live trainings. Developed and executed Walgreens’ Train-the-Trainer Program to facilitate national beauty category training and personally led training for 800+ Beauty Advisors nationwide.
•	Partnered with multiple niche beauty brands entering the US market (Weleda, Arnaud Paris, Swiss Code, Face Shop, Quasar MD, European Beauty Collection, Foltene) by developing and leading experiential training at the retail level to build brand recognition and sales growth.
