I’m a two-time founder and product leader with a background in design, engineering, collaboration, and operations.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built and led teams across startups, consultancies, and global manufacturing companies, bringing more than 100 physical and digital products to market. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design thinking, manufacturing, and execution.

Today, I serve as Director of Products at Grizzly Industrial, where I lead three brands: Grizzly, Shop Fox, and South Bend. I oversee product strategy, engineering, merchandising, pricing, logistics, sourcing, and development across a 10,000-SKU portfolio. 

My focus is strengthening engineering systems, improving product quality and performance, and aligning teams to deliver durable, competitive products at scale.

How people work together matters to me. I lead with clarity, accountability, and emotional intelligence, especially in complex, high-pressure environments where judgment and trust make the difference.

Previously, I founded and scaled companies, including a micromobility startup that exited in 2022, and built a design consultancy working with brands such as Herman Miller, Crate & Barrel, CB2, and Club Quarters Hotels.

Originally from Argentina 🇦🇷 and now based in Bellingham, WA, I enjoy being a dad, spending time outdoors, and restoring old motorcycles 🏍️ 🛵.
