In 2012 Silverstrand Executive Search was launched, as a boutique financial services headhunting company, working with both buy and sell-side clients across the region. Tyros was founded in 2016, initially as a co-working space, but pivoted into a private investment & consulting firm and now invests into early stage Pre-Seed to Pre-Series A start-ups within the FinTech, HRTech, ESG & Web3 sectors across Asia. 

Cleverly Search was co-founded in early 2017 to provide recruitment services to the engineering, construction, project management, real estate, sustainability, ESG, architecture & design industries. Successfully exited the business in 2024 to IQR People. 

Castle Peak Recruiter Hub, a turnkey solution for solo recruiters and recruitment teams in Hong Kong, which provided full administrative, contracting, operational & financial support, was set up in 2020. The business operations were acquired by Preferrd in 2025. 

Can typically be found at Eurasian Society events, supporting Welsh sport, Liverpool Football Club, playing social rugby, sailing the coasts of Hong Kong, hiking with the dogs, or hanging out with my son.
