 Mitigated and reduced defaults by 9 lakhs which facilitated Bank to avoid penalty and interest over the defaulted amounts | The defaults were pending since 2008 – 2009.
 Generated business through campaigns & programs (LTSD) for various accounts such as Fixed Deposit, 3 in 1 trading account, and Demat 
 Attaining bonus every year Ltd for exceptional performance 

At Saraswat Cooperative Bank Ltd, Linking Road as a Junior Officer (M & O), my role spreads across Finance & Accounts Administration, Banking Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management and Team management & Mentoring. I oversee and manage the general functions of the banking through opening new accounts, online funds transfer (RTGS/NEFT), loan payments, general requests & inquiries and internal queries of customers about payments

I am accountable for Quantifying and calculating salary in ITVCAL and updating records in HRMS. Maintaining and generating Form 16A, and 15G & 15H forms. I manage relationships with new and existing clients and provide assistance to customers in Demat accounts & Tech-Banking products. 

In addition, I actively interface with all levels of employees and management with a view to provide actual feedback on performance, due diligence, work stability and resource accessibility. My experience has equipped me with the ability to manage payroll & employee benefits activities.

My role also involves
✔ Providing mentorship to the new joiners in enhancing their capabilities on CASA deposits functions & operations
✔ Administrating the timely preparation, processing & finalization of TDS and E-TDS on monthly and quarterly basis and deliver active training to team members on the same
✔ Formulating monthly statements of TDS for Fixed Deposits, and responsible for e-filing quarterly statement of E-TDS for Fixed Deposits, Salary and NRO accounts
✔ Identifying, gathering and analyzing financial and related data of customers of both KYC & AML

At Vitesse Private Limited, Worli, I was responsible for handling incoming calls regarding Car inquiry, generated appointment and forwarded the enquiry to the relevant Sales Executive. I updated booking and Daily Task, evaluated sales and inquiry statistics and maintained MIS of bookings and inquiries generated through various sources.

I played a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing potential leads to generate more bookings or inquiries through different sources and formulating monthly and quarterly review statements for sales generated. Also I provided mentorship and training to new recruits on DMS and marketing system.
