• Manage HR operations for 1,500+ employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates across business units.
• Provide ongoing post–go-live HRIS support across Canada and the U.S., including data validation, error resolution, and reporting between Oracle HCM and ADP systems.
• Serve as Oracle HCM and ADP functional SME, advising on testing strategies, system configuration, and business process alignment.
• Partnered with business analysts to review test scripts and provide process input to ensure testing aligned with HR and payroll workflows.
• Lead cross-training and upskilling initiatives for HR teams across sites, and created SOPs for ESS/MSS, onboarding, and terminations.
• Generate and report KPIs and workforce data for all business units, including headcount, overtime, and profit-sharing metrics.
• Administer U.S. benefits in collaboration with external vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely coverage.
• Led Deloitte HR compliance audits, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Automated safety and compliance reporting, reducing turnaround from 4 hours to 1 hour.

• Oracle HCM Rollout – Canada (900+ employees): UAT testing, data cleansing, ESS/MSS enablement, and Oracle–ADP bridge validation with EY.
• Canada Payroll Transition (300+ employees): Oversaw move from ADP Pay@Work to WFN; handled data uploads, T&A config, SOP creation, and testing.
• Oracle HCM Rollout – U.S. (300+ employees): Acted as SSC HR SME; supported system mapping, UAT, and Oracle–ADP bridge setup with EY.
