💙 💙  I’ve been working on a case study with the help of some amazing Titan Intake clients.

My goal was to capture the before and after — but also the during (implementing new tools inside existing workflows + EMRs is never so simple)

I’ve met with team members across a multi-site specialty group in marketing, finance, and referral admin. Their perspectives gave me deeper insight into what healthcare teams actually deal with on their day to day (with and without tools) — and what really matters when choosing a partner.

After moving from manual to automated referrals, they:

-eliminated backlog entirely
-increased referral capacity + conversion rates
-saved money while increasing revenue
-reduced stress for staff across departments

Their CFO also shared that implementation was very smooth and praised Titan’s responsiveness, knowledge, and energy.

A few takeaways:

-Manual steps create chaos
-Automation doesn’t replace people, it supports them

As a midwife on the frontlines of maternity care, I had a clear view of the obstacles patients face and the many variables that influence outcomes.

Now working in healthcare technology, I see the opportunity to remove some of those barriers at scale.
