Better organization structures. Inclusive cultures. Processes that work. Policies that enable. Pay that inspires. I partner with clients to solve people challenges with clarity, heart, and a bit of boldness.

Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

Outside of consulting, I’m also a speaker and aspiring author, currently working on my second book and a few ghostwriting projects. And when I’m not obsessing over org charts or team dynamics, I’m either rescuing animals, giving away books (211 out of 10,000 so far), or enjoying the world’s most important job, that of being a dad to my incredible daughter.

Here's my journey so far:

Ever since my college days, I’ve had a knack for organizing events, connecting with people, and constantly leveling up. 

My fascination with how leaders think, act, and manage inspired me to dive headfirst into internships, growing my network, sharpening my skills, and soaking up insights from incredible mentors.

Starting my professional journey as a full-stack developer at TCS (yep, the engineering route!), I cracked their incentive examination, rocked my systems engineer role, and doubled as a safety champion at the Indore office. 

Oh, and did I mention I bagged 7+ awards in just 2 years for leading events and winning internal competitions.

With my sights set on unlocking new opportunities and tapping into my passion for people, I pursued my MBA in HRM from XIM Bhubaneswar. 

During this whirlwind of two years, I dived into the world of 150+ case competitions, winning, learning, and adding some shiny feathers to my cap:

I was honored with the Unstop Top 10 B-School Leader Award (Rank 7 out of 32,700+ nominations) and also earned the Best MBA Hire in HR Award at Wipro during my first year. Also, grateful for getting 15+ appreciation and awards along the way for my contributions to HR, leadership, and innovation.

When I’m not driving/creating impactful HR initiatives, you’ll find me passionately creating content. I’ve had the privilege of publishing 3 anthologies, research papers, and articles in leading platforms like People Matters, Business Manager, and Blackcoffer Insights.

These days, I love to speak on topics like case competitions, personal branding, and LinkedIn growth, sharing insights to help others thrive.

All over social media, we’ve seen that penguin, the one who walks away from the group, takes a different path, and heads toward the mountains 🏔️ 

We praised it for walking away from the group 🤔

Called it brave, strong, different 💪

But we ignored one thing: the outcome!

Nature doesn’t reward difference for its own sake, It rewards decisions that fit reality ✅

That penguin didn’t find freedom. It walked away from survival 🙌

Being different isn’t a strategy, context is!

Sometimes wisdom means standing out but sometimes it means staying with the flock.

Standing out means nothing if it leads nowhere 💡

I gave up and it was one of the best decisions I ever made 🤯

Not because I failed 🧐

Not because I was lost 🤨

But because I chose to pause 😌

During my first MBA exam attempt, balancing work and preparation was tough. 

As expected, the results didn’t go my way💁🏻‍♂️

So I stepped back for a year with a promise to return stronger 💪

I focused on my work, upskilled relentlessly, and prepared with intention 🌟

This time, I cracked good calls 🙌

The lesson?
Sometimes stepping back isn’t quitting it’s preparing💡

Setbacks don’t always mean stop 🤔

Sometimes, they mean not yet 💫

That’s a harsh truth to accept!

But hear me out before judging 🤫

This platform offers immense opportunities we all know that 🙌

However, these opportunities don’t come quickly,

They won’t appear from day one, or even in a few months 🧐

You need to invest time and effort to create, engage, and network 💡

And you need to do it consistently until you finally crack it 💪

That’s what demotivates a lot of people 💁🏻‍♂️

So even though LinkedIn is an open platform, it’s not for those looking for quick wins 🤔

It’s for people who value consistency, seek long-term growth, and have patience 🏃🏻‍♂️

And trust me if you accept it and work for long term growth, you can definitely make it big 🌟

We need to stop over-selling culture 🤯

“We have a great culture. People won’t leave.” 

Unfortunately, six months later, they did 💁🏻‍♂️

Not because the culture was bad!

but because culture couldn’t compensate for:
🔹stagnant pay
🔸delayed growth
🔹unclear roles
🔸constant uncertainty

That’s the shift we’re living through: Culture isn’t a differentiator anymore 🧐

It’s hygiene💡

People stay when culture is backed by fairness, growth, clarity, and stability 🌟

Without that, culture becomes a slogan on the wall!

Culture gets people in but systems make them stay ✅

Perfection is overrated 🤯

We grow up hearing one thing: be perfect!

Perfect marks, perfect work, perfect decisions 🌟

Nothing wrong with that 🧐

But corporate life doesn’t work that way 💁🏻‍♂️

Every day, something unexpected comes up🤨

A new task. A last-minute change. A tight deadline.

You plan well.

You prioritize.

Still, something slips.

And that’s normal.

What really matters at work is doing responsible work and moving things forward! 🚀 

Not rushing. Not cutting corners 💡

Just not waiting forever for things to be flawless 🤔

Because waiting for perfection often means:
🔹delayed decisions
🔹missed opportunities
🔹no learning

Most good work isn’t perfect on day one✅

It improves with feedback, experience, and time 🙌

Done, learned, improved beats perfect and pending 💫
