Over the past 20ish years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across the world in corporate boardrooms (yes, I wore the suit, carried the bag, and sipped the soy cappuccino), and now through my company, doing work that truly lights me up.

In 2020, I traded full-time employment for full-time curiosity and started my solo consulting journey. I began with org design and leadership development, but my path soon widened in the most unexpected ways, like working on gender, culture, and inclusion.

Since then, my work has taken me deeper into culture transformation, employee engagement, policy/process design, and end-to-end HR transformation. I work with clients across industries including nonprofits and social impact organizations and I love experimenting beyond the usual playbook to create real, measurable impact.

This is where I leaned into what I enjoy doing - Writing. Everything else, fell by the wayside! After Infosys, I embarked on a roller coaster of a freelance writing career which included bad clients, horrible bosses, and some good writing.

Brand new content has to be product and customer aligned - we all know that by now. But if it's organic visibility you're after, your content also needs to be aligned to the gaps in your chosen organic channel.

As an SEO Strategist for B2B SaaS at an agency, I learned a very lean method of constructing organic SEO strategy with minimal use of keyword research tools like Semrush or ChatGPT - and achieved major success with it.

My organic SEO strategy helped EngageRocket (an HR analytics SaaS client) gain: 

-> 2X organic SEO leads, 
-> 466%+ jump in targeted ICP traffic from US, 
-> 1.6M+ organic SEO views / 37.5K+ traffic / CTR of 2.2% (Dec 2022 - Jan 2024).

While tools can help brainstorm aspects of a strategy, they cannot and should not dictate the direction of your strategy.    

I've also been writing B2B SaaS Copywriter and Content Writer since 18th March 2018 (my birthday, so I remember!).

In these 6 years, I've written for clients like EngageBay (resource guides, comparison pages, and blogs), HippoVideo (blogs), and Rumble Studio (strategy and writing for blogs). 

-> 20+ of my blogs ranked on page 1 or at no. 1 position for the PRIMARY KEYWORD. 
-> Some of them have stayed on top 3-4 years since writing them (thus surviving multiple algorithm updates)
-> Many of them gained rich snippets as I wrote about subtopics that no other competitor was writing about.
