2. Reframe the conversation around outcomes.
“Let’s focus on the results you get, not the hours we spend.”

3. Offer structured options, not discounts.
“Here’s the full solution, and here’s a phased approach if you want to start smaller.”

4. Set boundaries clearly.
“Reducing the scope further will impact outcomes. We can do it, but results will change.”

5. Walk if needed.
Clients who push past boundaries rarely respect deadlines, quality, or your expertise. Protect your brand.
