• Enabled a startup to close $11.5Million of Round A funding.
• Helped an early stage startup in finding Product-Market fit for enhancing MVP and adding new features which finally resulted in 30% increase in conversion rate.
• Collaborated with founders to formulate a Product Strategy and Pricing Model for a 20% increase in retention rate over the period of 4 months.

Management of entire administrative matters of Information Technology Group of NBP Head Office which includes:
•	Maintain Monthly ITG Staff Strength (Joining, Resignations, Transfers, Retirement, Rotation). Maintain Monthly Division Wise Data and Annual Birthday Data of ITG.
•	Support Logistics Team in Ticket Management System, Create Ticket, Follow-up when required. Maintain data for coordination with LCMG regarding performance of various tasks with in ITG premises and procurement of requested items within ITG.
•	Manage & Coordinate Domestic Travel of ITG Employees (Ticket, Invoice, Hotel, Airport Pickup, TA Bills.
•	Responsible of Making Desk Name Plates, Chamber Name Plates, Business Cards, Stamps of ITG Employees.
•	Looking after IT Petty Procurement of Fixed Assets (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, LCD, Computer Accessories). Maintain FAMS record / Tags, FAMS Sheet, Transfer of assets. Handing Over / Taking Over.
•	Procurement of Stationery for Information Technology Group.
•	Provide Support in Making Office Notes, Payment Letters, Scanning, Photocopies, Maintain Daily WhatsApp Leave Record of ITG. Provide Support in office notes for SSGC, KE, Food Bills of CBA Office.
•	Provide Support in Shifting of ITG Staff from Head Office to other locations and arrange BLA and Rental Value Assessments.
•	Provide Support in Seating Plan of 4th & 5th Floor ITG.
•	Provide support to HR Team in Renewal of Contracts, Non Involvement.
•	Making action plans for various admin related activities, including relocation of office premises, event management etc. 
•	Execute shifting of premises in coordination with Engineering and Procurement Division for provision of all necessary infrastructural facilities.
