Looking after 4 accounts as a recruiter, acting as a sourcer for 4 other accounts

Worked on a research project as a project for my MBA with Nyenrode with De Heus, on the following topic: "How can De Heus move from its current leadership and organizational structure to a more modern Holacratic design which fits their purpose?"

Secondary research done for literature review, primary research for qualitative analysis of current situation and readiness of the company (sample size of 15 employees of the leadership team from all over the world)

I had different titles as I changed departments and the company restructured.
- Full cycle recruitment: Worked on Lever (Applicant Tracking system) for end-to-end recruitment including tracking and managing candidates, headcount planning and budgeting, job posting, CV screening and shortlisting, phone screening, reference checks, liaising with business and line managers to understand their requirements and develop good relations with them. Setting interviews and compensation alignment etc. Creating JDs in the format of 30-60-90. Direct sourcing:  trained in Boolean Searches (LinkedIn) to source candidates.
- International Recruitment experience: Recruited for various locations such as London (UK), Lviv (Ukraine), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Yaroslavl & Moscow (Russia).
Technical positions filled: RF Engineer, Data Scientist RAFM (Regulatory affairs and financial management), Data Analyst TA (Talent Acquisition), IT Support Engineer for the company helpdesk, Systems Engineer, Application Security Expert, Head of IT SSC (Shared Services Center), Network Planning Engineer, ReactJS Developer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer etc.
- Talent pool: Building of talent pool for future vacancies by proactively searching for candidates on LinkedIn and conducting phone screenings.
- HR Analytics: Responsible for making and presenting recruitment analytics to measure employee churn rate, gender breakdown of the workforce and social media reach. Used the data from these findings to improve the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding Activities: Ran campaigns such as Summer Internship Programs, Student Development Workshops, Liaising with University Placement Offices, created and maintained the VGS Careers (Facebook & Instagram page).
