I build policy that launches American industry—on Earth and beyond.

As the architect of the ASPIRE Act, I designed a federal tax framework to drive private-sector investment into space infrastructure. Modeled after the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and Opportunity Zones, ASPIRE creates incentives for long-horizon R&D, advanced manufacturing, and strategic national growth. It’s a free-market solution to a frontier challenge—and a model that can reshape American leadership in space.

My background blends financial strategy (Fidelity; Series 7 & 66) with technical insight (Colorado School of Mines, M.S. Space Resources ’25). I’ve hosted The CisLunar Experience podcast, advised private space firms, and grown a policy network of 2,000+ professionals across government, industry, and media. My work has appeared in The Federalist and been featured on Houston radio.

I’m a devout Catholic and unapologetic believer in American exceptionalism. I’m now seeking a full-time role where I can write, advocate, and advance policy rooted in economic liberty, strategic investment, and national strength.
