Yesterday I went back to high school to teach kids about careers in media. It made me more emotional than I expected. 

I haven't spent a lot of time processing how I got here. I've been running so fast that I haven't reflected for myself: 

"How did I get here?"
"Did I think I was going into media?"
"What job did I think I would have in 2026?"

I remember thinking about the 2020's in 2016. 

How one day I would be 25 years old.

What would I be doing? 

Yesterday I went back home. Got to spend an hour with incredible students who are already creating content for themselves and their fellow classmates.  I saw my old teachers, stopped at my old job to see my boss and back home at my dads house to sit on the porch. 

Back by 3 PM, then off to a networking event at 6. I almost couldn't go because I was reflecting so much. 

It's weird because I know how I got here. 

But I don't know every reason 𝘸𝘩𝘺 I got here.

There can't be just one. 

My grandfather prayed for me every single day. My other grandfather made sure I was making money no matter what. My dad instilled a work ethic that can't be trained. 

It's working. We have clients. I work with my best friend. I live with the love of my life. We dreamed for years of even getting to this point. And man, does it feel good to be doing this. 

This life is crazy. And as my girlfriend often says, 

"Just stop, take it in, and look what you've built."

When I was 14, my grandpa asked me a question that would change my entire life. 

"Are you making money?"

Luckily, I was. 

Just got my first job at a gas station. 

My dad was happy I was working.
My mom was scared of the customers. 
My soccer coach got real, "I'll let you do both for now..."

My grandpa, Jim, learned the stock market in his 70's. He was tired of replacing tile floors for landlords on the weekend, so he became one.  

Financial advisors, like many of us, don't understand that the impact of the work isn't reflected in the numbers. 

Knowing I would get that question every time I saw grandpa Jim forced me to want to make money. He became my advisor by asking one question every time I saw him. 

That question was more impactful than any other money lesson until I read Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was 19. 

But that's a story for another day.

3. Extreme Standards

How you do one thing is how you do everything.
If you can’t submit work on time, I bet you miss gym workouts too.

4. Unlimited Upside

You can make more than a brain surgeon.
But I promise you, you’re going to work for it.

5. No Individuals

Great individuals work terribly in a team.
No one is above the team (including me).

6. Insane Rewards

I drop $20K on team coaching like nothing.
Fly people around the world for events.
But you’ve got to win those rewards.

If you’re struggling to scale, it’s always a people, process, or product problem.

If you don’t know what’s broken, it’s a people problem.

I used a FAKE name to buy my friend’s coaching program…

My friend wanted to launch a coaching business.

He was terrified of what others would think of him.

What would his friends think?
What about his family?

He thought no one believed in him… but I did.

So that day, I created a fake email and a fake name…

And I bought his program.

(Paid in full, like all great friends do)

What happened next was wild…

After I bought it, he had the confidence to sell it.

Then scale it.

Now he runs a super successful coaching business.

To this day, he has NO IDEA I bought it lol.

The truth is this:

Everyone just needs ONE person to believe in them.

With that belief, anything is possible.

The rest is history.

I started my career like most people.

College degree. No real direction.

Out every weekend.

No idea what I actually wanted to do.

But deep down, I knew I wanted to achieve more.

By 23, I had already started and failed multiple businesses.

All of them went to zero.

Until I found content. That changed everything: 

1. Signed my first few clients

2. Built a simple offer around what I knew (content)

3. Doubled down on offers, content and sales 

From there, it snowballed:

Started managing some of the biggest YouTubers in the world.

Ran their businesses (sales, marketing, ops).

Scaled their backend.

Saw exactly how they grew, from the inside.

Scaled Voics into a media company, made my first $1M online. 

Then I started showing others how to do the same.

Fast forward to now:

- We’ve helped 600+ coaches / agency owners scale their online business

- Built a multi 7-figure company (profit)

- Launched a 6 figure software company 

- Spoken on stages around the world

And we’re just getting started.

This is the power of content.

This is what happens when you stop playing small and go for it.

At 19, I worked at Skechers.

At 29, I own a multi–7 figure business.

Back then, I worked two jobs to get through university.

Skechers by day, Apache Pizza (IYKYK) or some random job by night.

I hated working for other people.

(I was the worst employee lol)

So I built my own job.

Today, my business runs on three core pillars:

1. The Problem

In 2021, I started making content for founders.

Helping entrepreneurs make money with content. 

That agency still runs today 

(Growing more than ever actually thanks to my amazing team).

Now we’ve scaled into a media company and education business.

2. The Traffic Source 

Content is the reason everything worked.

Building online opened thousands of doors.

I just had to run through them as a delusional kid.

3. The Sales Process 

No formal training. Just 1,000+ calls.

Most failed. Many fell on my face. Some hit.

I listened, adjusted, and got better.

That system has now helped 500+ entrepreneurs scale using content, offers, and sales.

If a guy who started in Skechers selling kids shoes can do it, you can too.

P.S. What was the worst job you had that set you up for life afterwards?

If I had to start from $0 again…

No followers.
No team.
No revenue.

Just Wi-Fi and a fresh Aura link.

Here’s exactly what I’d do:

1. Offer:

I’d build a simple, high-ticket offer around a painful problem.

No info product. No funnel.

Just a clear transformation I could deliver 1:1.

2. Platform:

YouTube.

Short-form gets attention.
But long-form gets clients.

3. Daily action:

I’d make 3 videos a week.

Each one would:

- Solve a painful problem
- Show my process
- Push to a call funnel

Then I’d spend the rest of my time grinding it out in DMs.

Starting 100 convos a day.
And an additional 100 follow-ups.

Just for good luck.

This exact model built Voics.

Made it to 30 with a house full of love, calendar full of sales calls and a head full of hair🖤

How to raise your prices as a coach or agency owner:

You don’t raise your price by adding “more stuff.”

You raise it by fixing 3 things first:

1. Positioning

Who are you targeting?

Why are you uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional results?

If the market doesn’t see you as a key person of influence, your price will always hit resistance.

2. Proof

How many people have you helped?

What tangible results have you delivered?

For example: We’ve helped 500+ founders scale to $30K–$100K/month.

3. Packaging

How are you displayed in the market?

Are you presented as premium, or do you look like a newbie?

Be clear, not clever, with your positioning.

Most business owners never overcome these challenges.

(And this is exactly why they never hit their goals)

1. “I don’t want to be salesy.”

So you protect your “image” and slowly kill your business.

If you can’t push your ideas with conviction, you’ll never scale.

2. “People don’t want what I have.”

So you over-explain.
You almost beg.

Instead of attracting A-leads, you attract tyre kickers.

3. “Scaling means doing more.”

If you need to 3X your workload to make 3X more revenue…

You’re not scaling.
You’re just working a better-paid job.

4. “I need a big team.”

Gone are the days of 12 people sipping $10 iced lattes staring at a funnel.

You need a small group of killers who create leverage.

This is how you break revenue targets this year.

Getting married in my 20s made me millions.

Before that, I was -$10,000 in debt, stuck in a dead end corporate hellhole.

I may as well have signed the papers to a lifetime of mediocrity.

But here’s how it changed everything:

Getting married in my 20s...

The biggest lie you’ve been told online:

You have to struggle for years before it starts working.

Bullsh*t.

You can skip the 3 hardest years of trial and error by simply learning the right skills.

In 2026 isn’t about “waiting your turn.”

It’s about mastering 3 core skills:

1. Sales & Psychology

Learn how to sell, speak like a human, and close.

2. Offer Building

Solve a painful problem for a specific person. One offer is all you need.

3. Marketing (Content)

Organic or paid but you need a consistent traffic engine.

This is exactly how to go from $0 to $100K with nothing but skill.

You don’t have a business problem.

You have a business owner problem.

The business owner is the #1 constraint in the business.

If you want to scale, you have to fix that first.

Here’s what that actually means:

1. Create a scalable offer

Your offer must be:

- Repeatable
- Scalable
- Enjoyable 

If it fails even one of those, it won’t last.

No matter how good your marketing is.

2. Master one traffic channel

You need consistent traffic to your offer.

Without fresh eyes on your offer, no one buys.

Stop jumping platforms.
Pick one. 

3. Conversion mechanism

I don’t care how many leads you generate.

I care how many you convert.

If you can’t consistently convert at your niche’s baseline, scaling will break you.

How to get your next 10 clients without selling your soul:

And… I used to make all these mistakes before building a $535K/month biz:

1. Positioning

You need to be the guy (or girl) in your niche.

What’s the one thing you can outshine everyone on?

Positioning isn’t thinking you’re better than everyone else.

It’s having belief and conviction in what you do.

That’s what makes you a category of one.

2. Offer Stacking

One funnel, one product and one offer is brutal to scale.

You’re constantly kicking people through a funnel.

Instead, pull them into your ecosystem with a series of offers.

This isn’t ‘more’ work, it’s more access to you.

People pay based on proximity and speed.

We help entrepreneurs make more money.

But how we help them is completely different.

- Some want us to do it for them
- Some want us to do it with them
- Some want to sit in my Bali villa and build it together

Everything is priced accordingly.

3. Simple Sales System

No one is coming to buy from you randomly.

I mean no one.

You have to go to them if you want to increase sales velocity.

For the past few years, I’ve been running lean sales teams.

The entire process, from content that generates leads to onboarding, gets smoother every month.

If you have a terrible sales process, your whole operation is cooked.

People must be able to enter your world and buy with ease.

Whatever gets you the result.

Your next 10 clients aren’t far away.

How to build an offer people actually want to buy:

(I got this advice from my 9-figure coach, so listen up)

You need to turn your offer into a painkiller.

Even if right now it’s just a vitamin.

Here’s why:

People don’t buy “nice to haves”
They buy what solves painful problem.

They don’t wake up in the morning craving your course lol.
They wake up in pain and want it removed.

So your job is to reframe the offer around the pain it solves.

Let me give you a few examples:

1. “Video editing” is a vitamin.

But “Video content that gets you inbound sales” is a painkiller.

2. “Nice-looking landing pages” is a vitamin.

But “Pages that convert 10%+ and generates 1000 leads” is a painkiller.

This is the same offer FYI.

You’re not selling a product.
You’re selling the end of a problem.

If you want people to pay faster and stay longer, make your offer feel like a solution to something urgent.

The more painful the problem, the more powerful the offer.
