• Managed Amex's strategic investment in and commercial relationship with American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), the world's largest travel management company ($25B+), which operated as a JV between Amex and a consortium of PE investors, including Qatar Investment Authority, BlackRock and Macquarie Capital, prior to its IPO in May of 2022 (NYSE: GBTG)
• In conjunction with Corporate Development teams at Amex and Amex GBT, led investor deal diligence, evaluation, strategy and coordination for the acquisitions of Ovation Travel Group and Egencia
• Supported equity and debt capital raises totaling ~$XB to facilitate the organization's requirements for meeting opex and cashflow commitments through the COVID pandemic
