Determining program eligibility for former NFL athletes and helping them navigate the program through form review, answering enrollment inquiries via phone and email, and safeguarding personal and confidential information.

WHAT I BROUGHT TO THE ROLE:
I utilized my strong relationship-building skills to develop trust and dependability with clients while leveraging technology to achieve operational excellence.

WHERE I EXCELLED:
➤ I served on the first Virtual All-Partner Conference Task Force, seamlessly transitioning a two-day, in-person event to a virtual one to allow our meeting to take place in the face of restrictions and lock-down.
➤ As a member of the Morale Movers Committee, I fortified positive employee relations by planning and executing virtual morale events.
➤ I effectively orchestrated key administrative functions spanning travel and expense reconciliation for two employees, bill payments, office supplies purchases, recording meeting minutes, and more.

Program Assistant ★ Supported a Program Connecting Former Football Athletes with Benefits & Services

MY PURPOSE:
Facilitating an expanded scope of operations following the hire of a new coach across travel arrangements for up to six trips annually, logistics planning, expense reconciliation for 20+ employees and leaders, and more.

WHAT I BROUGHT TO THE ROLE:
I applied top-notch organizational and time management skills to plan budget-friendly events and travel and forge relationships with football players' parents as the Parent Liaison.

WHERE I EXCELLED:
➤ I demonstrated the ability to effectively and efficiently multitask key projects, resulting in the promotion to the Assistant Director role after only two years.
➤ I planned and executed a Parent's Day that hosted about 75 attendees and fostered connections between parents and new football staff members.
➤ Employing sterling written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and collaborative efforts, I partnered with colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders to drive business targets.

Assistant Director, Football Operations ★ Promoted to Embrace an Expanded Scope of Responsibilities

MY PURPOSE:
Administering functions while working directly under a head coach and the Director of Football Operations across appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, expense and financial reconciliations, play document transfers between coaches, managing the coach's calendar, and more.

WHAT I BROUGHT TO THE ROLE:
I developed a reputation for reliability and integrity and was routinely requested by leadership to contribute to in-house football events, including Team Move-In Day, Game Day Dinners, Pro Day, etc.

WHERE I EXCELLED:
➤ I leveraged my written communication skills and keen attention to detail to update staff and player manuals to reflect regulation changes.
➤ I expertly maneuvered through difficult conversations, including conversing with players' parents and guardians and explaining disciplinary actions on behalf of the Defensive Coordinator.

➤ While I was with the Washington Redskins, I was quickly moved to an access control position in the VIP section, which was one of the most crucial volunteer roles within the organization.

MY PURPOSE:
Delivering executive-level support by managing the Dean's calendar and appointments while serving as a major point of contact within the department.

WHAT I BROUGHT TO THE ROLE:
In addition to the Dean, I was relied upon by 16 other faculty members to facilitate classroom logistics, order books and paper exams, and execute special events, such as shadowing a prominent visit from a former state Governor.

WHERE I EXCELLED:
➤ I was nominated by multiple department leaders and received an Employee of the Month award after only 60 days in the position.
