I was responsible for working with senior students on career planning, learning and development (outside their school subjects), skills development and preparation for post secondary school life. →	  Delivered staff training on quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques, with an achievement of 80% staff retention rate.

→	 Introduced digital data collection which eliminated the need for data codification and entry, resulting in cost savings of $50,000.
