Neuroscience-Driven Empowerment: Practical Tools for Individuals and Businesses

As a seasoned professional in therapy, neuroscience and executive coaching, I've had the privilege of working with prestigious global organisations such as Amazon, Google, Simply Health, AXA, Credit Suisse, SalesForce, Robert Walters, 3M and many more. My focus has been on empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and drive long-term, sustainable change. Through dynamic public speaking engagements, innovative course creation, and the facilitation of practical workshops, I strive to equip the workforce with the tools they need to thrive. 

With a strong background in the finance industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my strategies. What truly sets me apart, however, is my unique perspective shaped by a background in therapy, including hands-on training in a drug and addiction clinic, and a deep appreciation for holistic Eastern philosophies. This diverse experience allows me to approach challenges with empathy, balance, and a comprehensive understanding of both human behaviour and strategic thinking.

My strategies are firmly rooted in the latest findings from neuroscience and psychology, allowing me to understand and leverage the intricacies of human behaviour and decision-making processes.

I've just completed writing my inaugural book published by the world's leading society publisher, Wiley, in February 2025.

I have a Masters in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health (from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College).
