I lost in a competition to Vasanth Kumar .

It was a public speaking championship conducted by JCI (Junior Chamber International) - NATCON 2025.

This was the first time I met Vasanth Kumar in person, though we have been connected for a year.

I was so happy to see a known person from LinkedIn on stage; it was a house-full event. The winner goes to Japan to represent JCI India in the International Forum.

Who else doesn't want that?

It was a room filled with national trainers and zone trainers who have trained people at different levels.

I gave my best on the topic of "Gen Z Doesn’t Wait for Leaders; They Become Them."

The way Vasanth Kumar narrated a story of him interacting with a Gen Z on his work with Google changed everything.

Happy to see the person you know has got the chance to represent JCI (Junior Chamber International) India in an international forum.

Way to go, Vasanth Kumar. Looking forward to see you in big stages.

You should have the guts to face children.

They are not innocent anymore.

They don't believe in magic anymore; they want logic.
They don't want rituals which don't make sense.
They don't want advice; they want actionable outcomes.

As an educator, I have a privilege to get connected with young minds.
Interact with them on a regular basis.

If you think the generations are distracted by technology, you are wrong.
They are making changes that we don't have an open mindset to see.

Most of the kids have mastered the basics of technology, which took 10 years for us to learn.

Take, for example:

Mass Media
Even - Scam (IYKYK)

They are becoming masters; the only question is, "How far are we equipped to match their speed?"

I am in my 30's - It means I have lived in this world for three decads.

For all these progress, Those two decades were the foundation !! 

So if you are in your 20's - Stay grounded, You will surely experience that bamboo effect.

Will you work for three days and still not get a penny out of it?

Working with a non-profit organisation is a different gig.

The biggest investment for any human being is their "time".

Organisations like JCI (Junior Chamber International) will not ask for our money or possessions.

They ask for involvement.
They ask for commitment.
They ask for time.

But they teach something which college won't teach.

My humble suggestion is – you can be in any business forum like BNI (Business Network International), Rotary Business Meeting or JCOM.

Merge yourself with a non-profit organisation.

They will elevate your mind.
They will change the way we think.
They will give experience in return, which is worth spending time for.

Don't run behind internship certificates!! They are overrated.

Trust me when I say this: read fully to understand what is really happening.
Internships helps you to work on something which you think you can pursue after your regular degree.

Most people do this internship for the sake of the certificate and have fun during the process.

Adding a line in your resume will not make you a sane person.

Start taking your internship seriously.
Learn a lot about the industry which you have joined.

Try to understand the system.
Get access to people.
Build something from it.

Don't let the company use you like a spare card with their projects.

To start something, but the truth it Right moment never comes.

If you wait for better shoe to start your jogging , You never start

If you wait for better mic to start your youtube channel you never post

If you wait for better salary to get comfortable you never get

Start building from where you are.

We started Aurora Academy  from what ever we had. That too before AI era.

If you want to build a company Start now.

Copy from the Masters. You may be not 100% correct but not fully wrong.

Day one or Another day.

When the client asks for the footage immediately and your drive shows like this 😅 You know you are cooked. 😅

It's controversial; parents are getting scammed by schools.

Management: The school fee is getting increased by 30%.

Parents: May I know why?

Management: We are getting a state-of-the-art robotics lab.

The ground reality hits different.

Most of the time, students get access to those periods. Mostly the sessions are handled by science staff.

The issue? They don't try to create curiosity among kids; they just convey the curriculum.

Learning robotics can teach your kids creativity.
Learning robotics can calm a hyper child. (No scientific evidence, but by experience I have felt it.)

Learning robotics can alter the perspective of how they see things.

1. Which kit are you using to teach them robotics?
2. Is it a DIY kit or built from scratch?
3. Do they get to attend any national or state events?

Will the kit be available for purchase so that he can explore after school hours?
