Created and maintained project plans for a nascent project, creating monthly contract reviews once the project went over £1m. Lead and tracked changes on a more granular breakdown of engineering tasks and used data to calculate Key Performance Indices.
Raised new change requests on Project Manager's advice; importing BoEs into MSP to verify budgets sought and present in weekly updates.

Managed the successful delivery of 3 government funded Electric Vehicle projects for 2 SMEs and a project with a large member fully remotely. Planned resource capability and budgets through MSP plans, holding meetings with Technical Leads to scope tasking and monitor progress. Coordinated internal and external project calls to discuss progress and successes, and also resolve issues, making sure project timescales were adhered to and alternative solutions explored. Prepared and delivered Quarterly Reviews with stakeholder, reporting Project finances, timelines and scrutinising the Risk Register. Prepared Gate Review packs for submission. Worked with customers to understand potential project requirements; working with Technical Leads to produce quotations and assemble resource. Ensured timely delivery of subcon sourced work.
