1️⃣ Building AccountScout - a HubSpot native app to help companies enrich, research, and segment their accounts with the right data, not just more data.

2️⃣ I write a weekly email for 2,300+ RevOps & GTM leaders with tactical HubSpot playbooks to steal. 

For the last 2.5 years, I led growth at Arrows, a customer onboarding SaaS product for teams using HubSpot. I joined as the first marketer and helped Arrows grow to more than 7 figures in ARR.

I’m a dad to 2 boys - struggling competitive golfer - and lover of cooking (or grilling). 

Previously, I’ve run both product and growth at early-stage startups and started three of my own.

Almost 2 years ago I started this niche little newsletter with a simple goal. Build the most practical resource to help the HubSpot community build more connected experiences.

Used a consultative approach to sell, demonstrate, and educate Pain Management and Orthopedic specialists, nurses and staff on the effective use of peripheral nerve stimulator and spinal cord stimulator. Analyzed competitors and market trends to build a strong book of business and create a sales strategy that resulted in quota attainment and increased revenue. Identified and fostered elements, sales and marketing processes, and champions that attracted new business opportunities.

I have worked as an Enterprise Account Executive (Growth Specialist) at HubSpot, where I helped customers grow their businesses with HubSpot's powerful and innovative solutions.

I have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with senior managers and C-suite stakeholders. At my previous role at Mend, a Telehealth platform, I was the #1 sales performer for four consecutive quarters, achieving over 100% of my targets and closing the third largest deal in the company's history. I also hold the record for the quickest new-hire sale, which I accomplished in just eight weeks. I have earned multiple certifications from HubSpot Academy, as well as the President's Club award from Pfizer, where I started my sales journey in the medical field.

I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as BDRs, customer success, and marketing, to create and execute effective sales strategies that go beyond the transaction.
