2️⃣ I write a weekly email for 2,300+ RevOps & GTM leaders with tactical HubSpot playbooks to steal. 

For the last 2.5 years, I led growth at Arrows, a customer onboarding SaaS product for teams using HubSpot. I joined as the first marketer and helped Arrows grow to more than 7 figures in ARR.

I’m a dad to 2 boys - struggling competitive golfer - and lover of cooking (or grilling). 

Previously, I’ve run both product and growth at early-stage startups and started three of my own.

I started as a marketing manager using HubSpot, then moved into automation, data management, and HubSpot administration. TAG TEAM NATION LLC. (affiliated with PRMG) is a collaboration of realtors & mortgage brokers to effectively close real estate deals. 

I help to build and market an automation marketing platform with ready-to-use solutions for real estate agents.

At first, I was the only marketing specialist in the company and after 2 years along with the CEO of The TAG TEAM we've built an effective team of 6 remote specialists and we're growing.

I was responsible for setting up marketing campaigns automation using Hubspot platform, improving the efficiency of marketing, sales, and ops departments using HubSpot, integrating HubSpot with 3d party tools (using Zapier), consulting, auditing, and reporting of company activities.

My responsibilities: 
- Design and implement a digital marketing strategy including SEO, PPC, SMM.
- Perform SEO audit, keywords research, link building to increase organic traffic;
- Improve usability, design, content, and conversion of the web properties;
- Communicate and implement content improvements for an effective online presence;
- Manage social media activities in conjunction with a general marketing strategy; 
- Maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Search Console, Google Custom Search, SEMrush, Ahrefs accounts to track business metrics and web site health;
- Conducting market research (search for tools, consumers, competitors, trends, etc.), as well as conducting analysis and generating project reports;
- Closely work with designer and developer to implement the company’s projects connected with website re-design or other activities. 
- Proactively identify opportunities for websites improvements and lead projects to implement those improvements.

My responsibilities:
•	Development, implementation, optimization, and management of large scale PPC Campaigns in Google AdWords – Search Network.
•	Running PPC Campaigns in different international markets.
•	Use appropriate analysis and optimization techniques to ensure that campaigns work efficiently and achieve planned goals.
•	Conduct keyword research, create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors.
•	Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text if needed.

Freelance Writer

Ten years in marketing, with six focused on HubSpot and Revenue Operations. I’ve learned that the best growth happens when your marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams actually know what each other is doing (and why it matters). 

My background: 

Started with content writing in 2014, then bounced through PPC, analytics, and SEO before discovering martech. Got introduced to HubSpot and everything clicked. Initially focused on the marketing side, but then started exploring other parts of the funnel and hubs. Transitioned into RevOps when I realized the real opportunity wasn’t just in marketing automation- it was in how the entire go-to-market motion works as one connected system.

What I do now:  

I help companies transform their go-to-market operations into unified growth engines. Beyond just setting up HubSpot, I design end-to-end customer journey strategies, align marketing and sales OKRs, and create measurement frameworks that connect every touchpoint to revenue impact.

I’ve worked across: 

B2B and B2C clients in real estate, ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare, professional services, automotive, and fintech. Each industry thinks they’re unique (they kind of are), but the core problem is usually the same: teams aren’t talking to each other, and data lives in separate islands.

What I focus on: 

The entire customer journey - from first touchpoint through renewal and becoming advocates who bring in new clients. I translate between marketing, sales, CS, and leadership teams, then build processes that create transparency and align everyone toward the same revenue goals.

My philosophy: 

Every process can be improved, every integration can be less painful, and every report should actually answer questions people care about. Also, if you need a PhD to understand your dashboard, it’s probably not working.

Currently working with several clients and always interested in connecting with fellow RevOps professionals, HubSpot specialists, or anyone who’s tired of their teams asking “how to see the list of leads we need to work on”.
