For the last 2.5 years, I led growth at Arrows, a customer onboarding SaaS product for teams using HubSpot. I joined as the first marketer and helped Arrows grow to more than 7 figures in ARR.

I’m a dad to 2 boys - struggling competitive golfer - and lover of cooking (or grilling).

The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China or MEXCHAM China is a private organization representing all areas of business, and composed by professionals and entrepreneurs, to promote development of all economic sectors in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities:
•	Advised on international trade and business development matters in a Mexican context.
•	Served as point-of-contact between Mexican and Chinese companies, and reviewed proposals to determine feasibility.
•	Researched on specific industries and markets to create operations strategies.
•	Advised and supported clients on Mexican-Chinese trade matters.
•	Represent clients throughout the entire business development project.
•	Consult for Chinese companies aiming to invest in Latin American and conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine feasibility.

Key Achievements:
•	Led business expansion and diversification project on behalf of well-known Mexican avocado producer, opening inroads into China, and allowing for significant export volumes.
•	Conducted and implemented the first Business-dedicated survey for Mexican companies in China, to create a joined national strategy and measure the reach of the Mexican business.

As subject-matter expert on taxation and NAFTA benefits, I also sought to minimise tax costs by exploring potential application of such benefits and tax relief measures.
