1️⃣ Building AccountScout - a HubSpot native app to help companies enrich, research, and segment their accounts with the right data, not just more data.

2️⃣ I write a weekly email for 2,300+ RevOps & GTM leaders with tactical HubSpot playbooks to steal. 

For the last 2.5 years, I led growth at Arrows, a customer onboarding SaaS product for teams using HubSpot. I joined as the first marketer and helped Arrows grow to more than 7 figures in ARR.

I’m a dad to 2 boys - struggling competitive golfer - and lover of cooking (or grilling). 

Previously, I’ve run both product and growth at early-stage startups and started three of my own.

•	Support Account Executives in all aspects of deal management 
•	Manage 33% of the total booked business and key accounts for Linear TV and Digital platforms

•	Worked collaboratively with the internal production teams to help concept, create, and execute the company recruitment video 
•	Acted in and assisted in post-production editing of internal security videos 
•	Produced and edited a “tips-and-tricks” video tutorial for the incoming Northeastern Students 
•	Created a video reel of internal company events 
•	Led the newly created Millennials project under the Design and Innovation Team where we were challenged to come up with actionable product concepts and programs that would attract the Millennial market to Staples 
•	Followed and researched market trends and competitive assortments to advise and present new product offerings, bringing innovation, fashion forward, and novelty products to stores
•	Performed both gap and sales analyses of current Staples Brand assortments to target opportunities for product line extensions and assortment rationalization, which led to the launch of new retail products and helped enhanced product placement in stores

Localytics

•	Scripted, edited and executed a short company video that was part of the Localytics new website launch.
•	Researched competitors use of social media platforms and presented a strategic plan resulting in 15% Localytics Twitter account growth in one month. 
•	Developed a strategic plan using “Twitter Business” to promote Localytics as a platform for future expansion. 
•	Identified opportunities and organized into spreadsheets new and current customers, conferences, trade shows and awards. 
•	Collaborated with the engineer team on projects and assisted in copy editing projects for Localytics’s new website launch.
•	Pitched ideas for the Localytics’s Blog, Video Blog, and events to help promote the Localytics brand.
