1️⃣ Building AccountScout - a HubSpot native app to help companies enrich, research, and segment their accounts with the right data, not just more data.

2️⃣ I write a weekly email for 2,300+ RevOps & GTM leaders with tactical HubSpot playbooks to steal. 

For the last 2.5 years, I led growth at Arrows, a customer onboarding SaaS product for teams using HubSpot. I joined as the first marketer and helped Arrows grow to more than 7 figures in ARR.

I’m a dad to 2 boys - struggling competitive golfer - and lover of cooking (or grilling). 

Previously, I’ve run both product and growth at early-stage startups and started three of my own.

Almost 2 years ago I started this niche little newsletter with a simple goal. Build the most practical resource to help the HubSpot community build more connected experiences.

I've been working in Sales, pioneering B2B pipeline strategies for various industries both with Tech Products (SaaS) as well as Marketing Services, helping track operations efficiently using CRM platforms and automations. My work experience allows me to leverage my expertise in developing business opportunities, managing customer relations, and existing pipeline, generating opportunities from cold outreach to events. 

My approach is rooted in a collaborative culture, where I apply skills that range from SPICED and MEDDIC methodology to build sequences, proposals, and customer journey touches, all to assist sales processes and lead generation. 

My education comes both from in-job formation, as well as a strong focus on outbound Sales by Hubspot and AWS, both of which underpin my strategies, ensuring they are both innovative and integrated with cutting-edge sales practices for B2B customers.

Ok, pero... ¿Quién escribe los newsletters de diio? Porque yo CASI NUNCA leo los Newsletters de las herramientas del trabajo (son muchos, me agobia) y hoy me di cuenta que he leído varios de ellos porque son genuinamente interesantes. 

Además es bien pero bieeeeen probable que vengan con algo que puedo usar en mi día a día, como el chiste de “Dos ovejas juegan fútbol en un cerro y se les va la pelota. Una dice ‘BEEE-E-E’. La otra responde ‘VEE-E-E TUUU’”.

Gracias, solté una carcajada inesperada.

En casa tenemos 2 gatos: uno de Frontend y otro de Backend. ¿Por qué esos roles profesionales, preguntas? Pues uno solo pasa delante de mi mientras trabajo, y el otro solo pasa por el fondo. 

¿Es importante esto en Linkedin? No, la verdad no. 

Solo quiero compartirlo porque vengo a recolectar fotos de mascotas que también son miembros honorarios de sus equipos de trabajo.

Imagina que entras a Linkedin y lees un post así. 

Y tienes luego una oración corta que te hace pensar que viene algo más. 

Algo interesante debería ir por aquí. 

Pero no es X, es Y. 

Así todo el post termina luciendo como cualquier otro de los 245897 que existen en el Timeline y de los que notas el patrón rapidito. Pensarías que es solo por usar los famosos "em-dash", pero es más bien una cadencia super tipica que es fácil de aprender.  Y un formato escritura y redacción que premia el skimming. 

Ver tantos post bajo el mismo esquema es visualmente agotador. Porque el patrón no solo se repite, llega hasta a las formas de interactuar pulidas a tal punto que es super claro quien tiene todo su perfil automatizado y quien le da una repasada antes de darle "Post". 

Es justo usar la IA para facilitarte la vida (vendí inteligencia artificial por 3 años, es PODEROSISIMA) pero también recuerda que en otras pantallas hay humanos que pueden ver las fábricas de churros de post. 

Y aunque los churros sean divinos, empalagan.
