Led highly complex upgrade project to replace legacy React 16 codebase to React 17, completing 1 month early. Provided strategic direction to engineering teams to ensure efficient update of 10s of thousands of lines of code, and ensured consistent team commitment to project through impactful influence and leadership.
Increased code test coverage by 19% by adding processes to automatically decline code that reduced test coverage.
