I led a global enablement team responsible for sales and GTM enablement, product documentation, technical education, partner enablement, and product certification/accreditation programs for the Connected Workplace.

We have transformed from sales enablement to the more powerful revenue enablement model while rolling out a value-based selling methodology.

Infor builds beautiful business applications with last mile functionality and scientific insights for select industries delivered as a cloud service, on-site or a combination of both.

I managed a team of product experts to deliver world-class experiential training events for Infor software lines.  I lead strategic initiatives to improve processes and generate sales, including new sales and service offerings for a $28 million professional services group.  

I delivered instruction and supported Education and Enablement. In addition to product instruction, I supported the marketing, sales, and product management initiatives for Education and select Infor events.  

I served as a WIN facilitator for the advancement of women in technology. I am a certified instructor and a certified Infor EAM consultant. I served as a subject matter expert in course development including Infor’s first multi-tenant SaaS training and in the development of Infor’s first Infor EAM certification program.

Manager, Global Professional Services, Infor Education | Sr. Learning Consultant

Fruit of the Loom, Inc.

I designed and implemented education and enablement strategies for the development of 200+ associates in more than 10 countries with respect to Infor EAM for Fruit of the Loom, Spalding, Russell Athletic and Vanity Fair brands. 

Projects of note include the improvement in distribution center process efficiency rate by 20% and reduction of maintenance costs by 36%.  I  established company-wide standards of preventive maintenance and performance reporting for 30+ facilities world-wide.

Operations Manager, Enterprise Asset Management, All Divisions

I led cross-functional project teams and managed direct reports to implement Infor EAM at six North American distribution centers for Fruit of the Loom, Spalding, Russell Athletic, and Vanity Fair Brands.  I utilized process improvement applications to conceptualize and implement projects, training, and standard operating procedures.

I served in a technology project management capacity for the Fruit of the Loom North American distribution centers with projects and process improvement initiatives related to CMMS/EAM software.  I was responsible for the successful implementation and training of all Datastream 7i & Infor EAM users.

I developed relationships with commercial partners including Gray Construction, Champion Petfoods, Chaney’s Dairy Barn, Alltech, professional chef Robin Shea, and other iconic brands. I advised on day-to-day operations, media production, product marketing, and social media marketing.

I'm a seasoned leader dedicated to strategic education and enablement strategies that deliver results. One of my proudest accomplishments was achieving a 753% increase in content adoption in one year. I've also launched leadership development and early talent programs, created new revenue streams, and led successful product launches.
