-Designed and implemented a follow-up survey for a longitudinal study for the Academy for Creating Enterprise under the direction of Dr. Gibb Dyer.

-Recruited and managed a team of 4 interns
-Supervised data analysis using STATA (I had to learn SQL on my own time in order to do this).
-Directed over-the-phone data collection from Spanish-speaking respondents. 
-Oversaw data cleaning/preparation for a data set of over 1,000 respondents.
-Assisted Dr. Jeremi Brewer to present preliminary report findings to the board of directors of the Academy for Creating Enterprise.

Team Lead/Reasearch Assistant, BYU Ballard Center 

-Designed a program evaluation survey to research the Academy for Creating Enterprise (ACE).
-Responsible for implementing the research study in onsite in Mexico over a period of 3 months. 
-Taught and developed a new innovation workshop to ACE students in Spanish. 
-Manually input hundreds of hard copy survey responses into an online database.

Hi LinkedIn Friends!

On any given day you'll find me eating Dino nugs, making sales calls, with my son and daughter on each knee. 

I fell into sales unintentionally almost 10 years ago despite my inner introvert screaming at me to flee in terror lol. As it turns out, sales is pretty good exposure therapy for shy kids like me. Generally speaking I really value situations that force me outside of my comfort zone and I'm always pushing myself in that regard. 

Disc Golf is my pastime of choice and so if you're ever in the Seattle area let me know so we can play a round! Also picked up skateboarding as a hobby last year and I'm super proud of all the scrapes and bruises I earn from that.
