Started at AT&T and T-Mobile back when people still answered cold calls. They don't anymore. That's probably my fault somehow.

Worked at Outreach during the "sales tech will fix everything" era. It didn't fix everything. It did generate a lot of dashboards. Beautiful dashboards. Dashboards you could get lost in. People did.

Founded TIDAL. Built it into the leading sales development company worldwide. Trained thousands of SDRs to book meetings that account executives would then complain about. A tale as old as time. M&A. 

Started Magnetic. Supported 50+ Executives over 2.5 years with LinkedIn Lead Generation through Video Content Development. 2.5 years in spun up a local podcast, SpotLight Sioux Falls, to help celebrate the founders and leaders in the community we live in. 1.5 million views with 70+ episodes aired in 7 months. 

Leading GTM and Business Development with Pronto Networks, while owning and continuing to help lead GRAVITY Growth, A Video Content First Agency, and GRAVITY Wellness, A Video First System to Show Up When It Matters Most, throughout the patient and client health and wellness journey.

I have a twenty-five-year career driving revenue, inspiring people to achieve their best, training the science and art of selling, building teams and divisions, and carrying out the vision of CEOs and Presidents. I have been a record-breaking salesperson, record-breaking sales executive, and 2X company MVP. I pride myself on being a multiplier. My passion and energy are unmatched. 

Brands are built from the inside out. The best products and services only meet their true potential when  people are thriving in a growth mindset while working together in a harmonious culture. Brands that scale have experts that steward and nurture the team development. The ability to influence people to join a brand or want to partner with a brand is my true innate skill set. I have become a champion of people, promoter of brands, and elite communicator through hosting a top 5% globally ranked podcast, creating engaging content, and collaborating with influential people. My career has been spent at the tip of the spear to drive vision, mission, and people.

My pillars of success are well-defined. Mindset + Behavior + Technique = Success. I have used this foundation to rapidly scale people, teams, and brands. My next endeavor, brand, or collaboration will be fueled with these keys to success.

In the last 25-years, my efforts have been directly tied to over 250 mm in individual, or leadership revenue achievement. Every brand I've represented has scaled YOY during my involved tenure. My next team will benefit in the same way.
