Worked at Outreach during the "sales tech will fix everything" era. It didn't fix everything. It did generate a lot of dashboards. Beautiful dashboards. Dashboards you could get lost in. People did.

Founded TIDAL. Built it into the leading sales development company worldwide. Trained thousands of SDRs to book meetings that account executives would then complain about. A tale as old as time. M&A. 

Started Magnetic. Supported 50+ Executives over 2.5 years with LinkedIn Lead Generation through Video Content Development. 2.5 years in spun up a local podcast, SpotLight Sioux Falls, to help celebrate the founders and leaders in the community we live in. 1.5 million views with 70+ episodes aired in 7 months.

I'm fortunate to lead two great organizations.

After helping many companies scale with great talent, I've joined Instrumentum as their Chief Operating and Growth Officer, it was just too good to pass up.  My task?
