My camera confidence grew, I would get a flood of leads, but I struggled due to building the wrong audience. 

Followers attract attention, but a business can’t be built on viral content.

Then I had to hustle n grind just to keep people interested in a service, that was built upon serving everyone yet getting me the wrong ones.

Something had to change.

I burned it all down and stepped back.

I shifted my focus to a new model.

Everything is geared towards taking insights from life, turning that into micro storytelling content and utilising a simple video, AI Google Docs.

Through my career with Unimar, Inc I held many different positions with the company. 
-Production and Operations Manager
-Accounting Manager
-Inventory Manager
-Executive Assistant to the CEO

I oversaw and played an integral role in every department within our company to be sure the overall business operations ran smoothly from order support through shipping and receiving.  
As the production and operations manager, I was responsible for scheduling, processing, sourcing and staffing for every order that was received through our company.  I managed over 2.1 million in inventory, over 6 million in sales of which 2+ was international sales.  
I was responsible for all of the international shipping documentation to be sure it was in compliance with the government and country rules and regulations. 

During my time with Unimar, I was the master and lead trainer and implementer for Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP software.  I was responsible for all technical implementation as well as training of the team members. 

I took advanced training in Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen processes and procedures for streamlining to increase productivity.
