My camera confidence grew, I would get a flood of leads, but I struggled due to building the wrong audience. 

Followers attract attention, but a business can’t be built on viral content.

Then I had to hustle n grind just to keep people interested in a service, that was built upon serving everyone yet getting me the wrong ones.

Something had to change.

I burned it all down and stepped back.

I shifted my focus to a new model.

-Dialled in aligned business
-Stopped following others and followed intuition

I’ve spent £££ in coaching programs and all never made your energy, authenticity or values a priority.

It’s taken me 4 years to get this right.

Everything is geared towards taking insights from life, turning that into micro storytelling content and utilising a simple video, AI Google Docs.

My role as Sales Director see’s me working all over the world identifying, appointing and supporting new distribution partners for SpaceVac. This unique responsibility sees me taking ownership of all aspects of the onboard process including product training, sales and demonstration support and liaising with external partners to help develop marketing collateral. 

Moving into this role builds on the work I have done to date internationally, and will enable me to help shape the future direction of SpaceVac as we continue our global expansion.

As the Demonstrations Manager at SpaceVac, my role sees me both out in the field on customer sites delivering demonstrations of the system to potential clients and hands on training to new customers but also working in a sales capacity - identifying key accounts and working to secure demonstration appointments with that companies key FM leaders. 

In addition to this work, I am currently working alongside a major nationwide retailer to deliver a tailored programme of deliveries and training to staff at over 60 stores UK wide and am visiting a number of countries across the world throughout 2017 helping to support the launch of new SpaceVac distribution operations in countries including Canada, the US, Holland, Dubai and Poland.

SpaceVac Specialist Cleaning is a division of SpaceVac providing a bespoke, outsourced cleaning solution to clients across a wide range of sectors with a particular focus on cleaning inaccessible high-level areas using SpaceVacs high-level cleaning technology. 

As Operations Manager, I enjoy a wide remit day to day including the management of key accounts and cultivating new business for the company. Further my role sees managing a diverse set of resources and individuals to complete work on time and under budget.
