At Microsoft, I launched and led Pegasus, the company’s flagship program for high-growth VC-backed startups, unlocking hundreds of millions in pipeline. As VP of Partnerships at Clearbit, I designed and ran a new partner business that generated double-digit revenue growth and positioned the company for acquisition by HubSpot. Earlier leadership roles at Intel and Qualcomm gave me a foundation in product, operations, and ecosystem expansion. Today, as CEO of Partner1, I advise CEOs and CROs on how to:

The partnership between Amazon and Flock Safety recently ended amid privacy concerns and public scrutiny. Whether you agree with the technology or not is not the point. The lesson is about consequence.

When large companies move quickly into partnerships in sensitive domains, they are not just integrating products. They are integrating reputational exposure, regulatory attention, and customer sentiment. Your partner’s risk becomes your headline.

In ecosystem driven markets, speed is rewarded. Governance rarely gets the same urgency. Before announcing your next alliance, ask:
1. Have we modeled downstream impact
2. Have privacy and policy teams stress tested this
3. Do we have a clear unwind plan if sentiment shifts

You had to be there to hear the truth bombs from Peter Bordes and Elena Kennedy - thank you both for the masterclass in scaling profitably. Lessons across hundreds of companies as investors, operators and advisors - including 
- how investors are evaluating potential investments (hint: partnerships can be a massive differentiator for your GTM strategy), 
- how you can increase your runway while growing your top-line revenue by activating the Microsoft Marketplace
