Clients have no outbound process, need to define ICP, messaging, outreach sequencing, and 2-3 months of outreach. Create all, and conduct.

• Define ICP from existing client base.

• Self-sourced enterprise prospects from companies like Electronic Arts, Chess.com, Beatport, and iHeart.
• Led campaign to uncover ICP and PMF through detailed market research and customer interviews.
• Explored Annual Contract Value market fit for $50k - $500k.
• Quota attainment: 120%
• Developed first sales playbook for company use.
• Drove product strategy goals in collaboration with Director of Product.
