I was part of a team for a special collaborative project between Voyages Loisirs and a British Book Club Association that was offering reduced travel offers to its Club Members.  I was incoming calls and inquiries about the trip and trying to sell/upsale.

In parallel, I was also taking care of the customer service inquiries for another division of the mother company, France Loisirs, for their online photoshop/publishing services.
