Hi there! I'm Steven Manos, and I'm passionate about connecting with people and making a positive impact in their lives. As a people person, I love building relationships and helping others achieve their goals. 

With over a decade of experience in customer service and sales, I've honed my communication and problem-solving skills to be able to handle even the toughest situations with a smile. Whether it's resolving a customer complaint or working with a team to meet project deadlines, I'm always ready to lend a hand and find a solution.

Outside of work, I have a huge passion for health and fitness. The body is the most incredible machine ever built and I love nerding out about how movement is medicine. I believe that giving back is just as important as achieving success, and I strive to make a difference wherever I can. So don't be afraid to ever reach out about it because people are my passion.

If there was a trivia night on fun facts about myself, here's your cheat sheet:
-I have three cats named Tuna, Turkey, & Turtle. (Tuna is named after Jim Halpert from The Office & Turkey came with the name). 
-I had major knee surgery at 20 that sparked my obsession with health, fitness, and human movement.
-My wedding was the hottest, no literally it was 108 during our outdoor ceremony. 
-I stink at golf but love the game. 
-I grew up playing baseball and when I went to college played volleyball. 
-I have trained everyone from pro athletes to moms postpartum. (The moms complained less)
-Born and raised in Central Florida. 
-I call my wife while she's at work just to tell her dad jokes and hang up right away. 
-I don't like social media, but LinkedIn is different. 
-I used to be a butcher in college and that's how I learned to cook.

With ServiceBell, you can create first-party intent and convert it into pipeline using the best account-based tactics across inbound, outbound, and marketing channels.

I own a wide array of our GTM, including Closing (of course), Fostering Strategic Partnerships, CS Ops/Sales Ops/RevOps (Hubspot), as well as even some Product Marketing, and regular product Spec’ing.

I primarily Close New Logos and manage new and existing partnerships, including marketing and co-selling Opportunities. + 

-  Own Onboarding our CS Team and manage the ongoing creation and iteration of our strategic CS processes

- Manage large portion of our internal Rev Ops, including creating our CS Onboarding Pipeline (Tied in with Arrows), HS workflows, Custom Properties, Team Views, etc.  

- Product Marketing & Sales Enablement (w/ the help of Screenspace & Dock) 

- Product spec work in combination with customer calls-> helping drive our product roadmap as we scale.

I didn’t expect that to hit the way it does, but 3 years is a long time to be in the middle of it all, selling, supporting, shaping, and representing it to our customers daily.

Before anything else, I want to say thank you.

Daniel, you started this thing. You took the swing, you hired me. I’m grateful for the chance to build alongside you and see it through all the way to the end.

Michael, the conferences, the airports, the dinners — SFO, SEA, Dallas, NYC, the Poconos, Tahoe etc. Chaos and laughter in equal measure, you are a real friend.

Oliver, you created pipeline. Sarah, you protected it. 2 very different jobs - both indispensable, done well from start to finish.

We started as 🛎️ServiceBell, live video chat on a website, connecting with real people in real time, controlling & monitoring screens remotely, drawing on them, and helping website/app visitors right there in the moment.

I’ll never forget the first time I demoed it live, seeing folks eyes light up. It felt like we were seeing the next era: the website as a place you actually meet customers, not just track them.

Then we expanded.

We brought a dialer to market - ambitious, distracting, harder than we thought. We rebranded from ServiceBell to Rep.ai. and created a product I still can’t believe we were able to ship: a digital version of me on a website.

An AI twin that looks like me, sounds like me, and talks to people about our product. My phone would light up at all hours, with people asking “me” questions.  

Some were kind, some were hilarious, and others were... not so kind. 😆 

It was surreal, & I’m grateful for it.

Not every chapter ends the way you imagined it would.

Sometimes they end with a mix of pride, disappointment, perspective, and a strange feeling that’s hard to name, like losing something you poured a piece of yourself into.

Rep.ai going offline feels a little like that.

I’m proud of what was built, I'm grateful for who I worked alongside, and I'm carrying the lessons & relationships forward.

On to the next chapter.
