How I built a high-trust team from total strangers.
In 6 months, we launched most successful product ever.

Most teams struggle.
Great ones struggle together and stay united.

A few years ago, I led a team that looked perfect on paper.

But under pressure? Things cracked.
Blame started flying. Silence took over.

🎯 “Thanks for the opportunity” won’t make them remember you.
