Heavily involved with driving big wins in Europe with a wide range of skills and experience in selling and presenting to large, C-level decision makers, working on high-priority tenders and developing strategic workshops. Strategic design and project management of new business and customer events varying from local leadership events to large educational trade shows for example BETT.

I am responsible for the sales and marketing team who are all working together to provide educational solutions to schools, FE Colleges, and work based learning providers. I work closely with different schools and organisations in the UK that are looking to solve their educational challenges, and showcasing varying solutions to underpin school improvement.

I am responsible for providing pedagogical leadership for employees, educational institutions and partners in an international market based around our learning platform technology. I lead and manage implementation teams and projects as well as creating and developing a range of services is a key part of the role. My core specialism is to provide strategic guidance to help various stakeholders to identify the value of using technology to enhance teaching and learning,and to increase learning opportunities to achieve their educational goals. I organise and manage varying sizes of implementation projects which include defining strategic vision and goals, short and long term implementation plans. I work closely with both Senior Teams and teachers to problem solve, then foster, support and lead an increased use of technology by designing tailored implementation and training plans. I am responsible for maintaining service excellence and have a commercial mindset and manage budgets, along with analysing the commercial performance of our pedagogical services to influence profitability.

My main role was to give pedagogical guidance and tailored training to educational institutions as well colleagues.  I was involved in designing training projects, creating implementation plans, tenders, social networking, delivering presentations and national/international conferences, meeting tight deadlines and hitting targets. I led and managed projects as well as teams of stakeholders tailored to achieve their educational goals. I specialised in the FE and HE sector due to my background, gaining revenue from additional services, providing educational consultancy with a strong focus on achieving education goals as well as gaining funding opportunities. I also had a lead role in designing and developing the Aspire+ Accreditation Online Training Programme.

ADOS responsibilities included opening and closing building, administration tasks, leading staff development sessions on key training issues and generating business ideas.

What an AMAZING first day back!

Like many I'm sure, I woke up with a thought of 'How can it be that time already' but I got out of bed and did my 10 minute run.

What a surprise to find it was snowing. I could feel myself smiling, despite the dark, cold, Monday reality. And I definitely delivered a better experience for this audience this morning because of it.

I've just had the pleasure of working with the MOST incredible team St Piran's School. Huge thank you to Katie Handford for making this happen, and a big thank you to Seb Sales and your incredible team for the lovely warm welcome.

The most special part of the morning, was all the conversations during the break. As always, the '10 minutes' message is the total gamechanger.
