•	Recommending costs and time saving efficiencies through making informed judgments and prediction, based on the current economic climate and wisely challenge situation through supportive analysis. Demonstrating great commercial acumen and professional mannerism at all times

•	Responsible for driving operational and financial performance through supporting operational analytics and support activities by producing monthly variance analysis reports for Operating Costs, Budget vs Actuals & Forecast vs Actuals and providing supporting commentary and explanation on large variances transactions including producing graphical presentation

•	Leading various Forecasting and yearly Budgeting meetings with the operational management, independently preparing reports and report directly into FD/FM

Ensured all statements are calculated with a great attention to detail. SLA maintained & achieved to the highest standard

•	Worked collaboratively with FDs (UK & USA based), Business Affairs and Sales, on high profile productions such as Prime Suspect & Hell’s Kitchen USA financial statements, obtained clarification where agreement financial and reporting terms were ambiguous

•	Manipulated and analysed complex streams of sales, income and costs in various currencies, produced meaningful consolidated report to incorporate financial information in the statements

•	Built effective relationship with senior key stakeholders across the business and with external investors/ independent producers/ parties

•	Produced profit and loss analysis report for the productions where ITV made significant investment, carried out in-depth investigation on productions where ITV made no expected ROI and reported findings to the FD with recommendation to avoid future occurrences
