•	Bringing on new business is a major part of my role; I oversee my own sales pipeline from start to finish.
•	I take a consultative approach to sales. I use this approach when I engage with clients while selling and demonstrating our new online booking software along with my services.
•	My customer service is one of my strengths and I engage and build a rapport with new and old clients; this is the reason I have been a successful account manager over the years. I have clients that have been with me for over 8 years.
•	I was tasked with being the go-to consultant when using the new online booking software, I learned the system and came up with the most engaging demo that we were able to use with clients. I train staff on the system and help them when they are selling to new and old clients.
•	I hit my target within the first  months of being in the role, using new and old clients to come on board and book their travel with me, I was able get 45% over my target, turning over £125k worth of sales in that month. Unfortunately, this was the month prior to lockdown and travel stopped at this point. 
•	I have brought on several new clients who are actively booking with me. I currently have over £1m worth of business ready to start booking when their travel bans have been lifted. This pandemic has slowed interest in travel down, but I have been able to still close clients during this time.

•	Assistant Manager, responsible for a team of 5 people. Building strong internal and external relationships, to ensure thorough product knowledge is understood and showcased to customers from every staff member.
•	My key roles were to assist the team in hitting our targets, I used my time as assistant manager to train my colleagues, make business plans, explain our teams P&L to them and make sure have a clear understanding of what goes in and what goes out of our business. It is important for any business to grow if all staff understand how the company operates. 
•	Our team was within the top 10 teams Globally for 4 years in a row, in 2017 we were the top team globally, and I was in the top 10 individuals globally. My contribution also helped our team’s continuous prestige of being the UK’s no.1 store for several years.
•	I took it upon myself to contact our team’s clients on a bimonthly basis. This was to make sure the clients were happy with our service and product and to make sure they were able to feedback to a third party. This task increased turnover for several clients by over 30%. I was able to upsell all of our products that they were unaware of, increasing the teams and the individual consultants’ margin.
•	I helped the business grow over 20% year on year and individually I hit the prestigious £40k club 3 months in a row, this is where we profited over £40k and turned over more than £300k worth of sales in a month.
•	During 2018/219 I hit my monthly sales target every month by over 250% vs the average in the company of 75%. Forecasting and managing my own sales pipeline effectively, ensuring I was consistently in the top 5% of consultants in the UK during my time at Flight Centre Business Travel.
•	I averaged over £150k turnover a month.

Assistant Business Development and Travel Manager 

•	During this time, I was responsible for the progression of the team, looking after the P&L, making sure the team hit their targets and coming up with new ideas as to how we could improve during team and 1:1 meetings.
•	The business quarter I was manager for was the most profitable quarter of that financial year. I led by example and was top individual consultant for 2 months in a row. The team was top shop for the month of December, with a record profit for that month.

•	In my first year inflight Centre Business Travel I was in the top 5 novice consultants in the UK and top 20 Globally.
•	I regularly hit my target by over 150% and during the year before being promoted to assistant manager I did not miss a target once.
•	I grew my own business to over £600k turnover annually in my first year.

•	I was hired as manager of this shop to drive business and improve sales year on year. During our first year I finished the year 15% up from the previous year, only having 3 quarters to succeed in.
•	I held regular training, product and destination training for our team. This was key to our future and key to driving our margin and profit up.
•	After year 2 our shop was in profit and up 40% from the previous year and was inline for most improved retail shop in 2010.
•	2011/12 were our most successful year, 4 out of 7 staff were in the top 20 consultants in the UK and our shop was in the top 5 shops in the UK. Our profit had risen over 100% and my individual targets were broken by over 250% earning us global recognition as a retail shop.
•	Client retention was up by 70% in our store and we had one of the best repeat client statistics in the retail sector of Flight Centre. 
•	I was also able to turn 3 retail clients into very lucrative business clients, which entail led me onto my next role in Business Travel.
