- Distributing the EGC on social media

As an ambitious building surveyor combined over five years experience across high-stakes legal disrepair, defect diagnosis and property asset risk management, I blend technical expertise with strategic acuity to deliver outcomes that matter.

At present I specialise in:
• Conducting litigation-level building inspections for social housing, managing defect logs, compliance and contractor remediation.
• Leading complex casework to reduce liability and cost — e.g., achieving a 28 % reduction in disrepair exposure through proactive claim management.
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (surveyors, contractors, legal/regulatory stakeholders) to meet time-critical schedules and budget constraints.
• Advising senior management on defect trends, asset condition, planned maintenance programmes and policy alignment.

My current objective is to achieve MRICS accreditation and step into a senior leadership role where I can shape asset strategy, governance and drive enterprise-wide value.
