- Promoting the EVP via influencers/content creators 
- Hosting recruitment events at key hiring locations
- Capturing Employee Generated Content (EGC)
- Distributing the EGC on social media 

The results so far: 

- 104 candidates hired to date
- 95.6% staff retention rate on hires 
- 98.5% of candidates hired are diverse
- Over 16 million candidates reached online 
- £131,000 saved on recruitment related cost
