For many families, studying in the UK represents a commitment of £30,000 or more once tuition, living costs, visas, and relocation expenses are combined.

Naturally, students and families ask a practical question:
What employment outcomes can graduates realistically expect?

Recent data from the Oxford Migration Observatory offers an important insight.

In 2024, nearly 40% of individuals switching from the Student visa to the Skilled Worker visa became care or senior care workers.
