- Identified marketing technology tools that could be utilized across the organization to optimize performance

- Strategically collaborate with PR partners to identify key opportunities to showcase the OVG brand via events and conferences, articles, and other external verticals
- Responsible for audience growth on multiple social media channels and generated a 60% increase in followers YOY
- Curate paid social media strategy and brand campaigns for OVG, Pollstar, and VenuesNow properties
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for key tentpole events that generate over $2MM in registration revenue 
- The main point of contact for all departments within the organization for content creation including  decks, one-sheets, website, social media, on-site event capture
- Developed an internal database that houses all approved external marketing materials

- Completed RFP process to identify a new web developer to be rolled out to all 300+ OVG venues 

- Developed the OVG360 brand which represents our venue management arm of the business 
 
- Assisted in marketing support for the arena opening of Moody Center in Austin, Texas 

- Negotiated top rates for Social Media Management platforms

- Managed Internal Communications for the organization after our acquisition of a leading competitor 

- Disseminated brand materials and communication across newly acquired OVG properties

- Reimagined audience development strategy during COVID to grow the Pollstar and VenuesNow audience during the absence of in-person events

- Executed 10+ curated live-stream events with key music and entertainment industry executives and artists that garnered  thousands of viewers 

- Developed a first-time social media strategy for two legacy B2B brands which resulted in a 72% increase in followers on Instagram over the course of one year

- Lead the restructuring of Pollstar and VenuesNow brands after our company's acquisition of these well-known B2B media properties.
