I explored rich cultures from all five continents, learned five languages, and tried as many foods as I could. I sweat buckets in jungles, swam in oceans, watched the opera and stared at the Mona Lisa.

I now help Levoit—a billion-dollar company and #1 seller of air purifiers in the US—build their brand.

I also run my own shop, BAM BAM, where me and other brand and creative hustlers help startups and in-house leaders ditch template thinking to build and activate positioning that drives impact.

Agency leaders: The best part of [most] conferences is the conversations at the bar AFTER the conference, right?

I know it’s true. You know it’s true.

Last November, my buddy David B-R and I were sitting in one of those sessions, and we realized we were both just waiting for the “between-session” time -- the part where you actually get to talk shop, swap stories, and build real relationships.

So, we decided to cut out the middleman.

In April, we're hosting the first-ever Agency Leaders’ Field Trip!

We’re taking 30 agency friends to New York City for 36 hours of... well, hanging out.

Just a minimal schedule designed for quality conversations while we move around the city.

What the heck is the plan? (April 9-10th):

Thursday Night: Bowling. Because conversations can easily happen while rolling a ball down a lane.

Friday: A literal field trip. We’re hopping between spots like Chelsea Market and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery every few hours.

The Vibe: Stay at one spot all day, skip a stop to answer emails, or follow us around the whole time. It’s entirely up to you.

We’re inviting a mix of folks -- from 200+ person full-service agencies to solo specialists who have been perfecting their craft for decades.
