As the Sales Director, Large Enterprise Business for Dell Canada, I was responsible for the development and execution of Dell’s End User Computing, Software, Services and Enterprise Solutions in Eastern Canada.  In this capacity, I had responsibility for the following:

•	Responsible for directing the sales team consisting of 8 account executives and delivering strategic direction for our Canadian operations.
•	Grew the business from $80M in revenues to $135M over 3 years
•	Achieved 135% of Enterprise plan and 130% of Service plan in the last 3 years for the region
•	Design, development and execution of all Microsoft-based consulting offers regionally including core Windows 7 migration, virtualization, Exchange, Unified Communications, and Active Directory migration
•	Responsible for developing communications, strategic and tactical sales plans, and effective routes to market to achieve outlined revenue goals while also building internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to the business. 
•	Work with the team to identify opportunities and provide organizational vision to bolster the current success achieved by Dell. 
•	Responsible for the revenue and cost structure of the team, focused on top line revenue, profitability and growth. 
•	Led a number of key customer wins including a $60M End User Computing contract with an Aerospace company in 2013 and a global Windows 7 migration with a major Retail company in 2012
